Our background in the NHS, wider public sector and commercial organisations allows us to br​ing together the skills and e​xpertise to support clinical commissioners: we understand the need to deliver improvements in patient care, and have the experience to achieve results in a challenging environment.​

​Mark Creelman - Managing Director 

Originally a qualified accountant and then social worker, I worked at the coal face of joint health and social care integrated teams for 10 years before moving into a specialist commissioning role in 2006. This gave me insight into the complexities of service redesign, contracting and commissioning and as Director of Commissioning in Kensington and Chelsea PCT, I was able to drive efficiencies through innovative service transformation. I then became Director of Strategy and QIPP for inner North West London PCTs, then Account Director for a number of North West London CCGs.

Some of my career highlights to date include the delivery of a one year QIPP of £50m across three PCTs, developing a North West London mental health strategy, and managing the transition of a 50 strong commissioning department through two NHS reorganisations. ​​

Mark Watson - Human Resources

I have over 15 years' experience of working within Human Resources and am a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

I started his career with Marks & Spencer, before joining the Royal Bank of Scotland and then BUPA, where I was part of the management team that delivered the separation of the hospital business to create Spire Healthcare.  I joined the NHS in 2009, and have worked in lead HR roles across London in acute trusts and commissioning organisations.

Lisa Greenhorn - Business Development 

I am an experienced NHS leader with over 24 years' working in commissioning and provider organisations.  I have held a variety of senior management roles, including customer account management, strategic and innovative programme delivery and business and pathway redesign. 

My background offers experience in negotiating annual SLAs, developing investment plans for strategic boards, leading large-scale change programmes across multiple care settings and the transition of regional IT and commissioning support services in response to market and organisational changes. 

I am also about to complete my Masters in Healthcare Leadership through the University of Birmingham and NHS Leadership Academy.


​​Jeremy Burden - Healthcare Procurement and Provider Management 
I trained and practiced as a nurse at Charing Cross Hospital before moving into general management at Barts Health. I then worked across London in a number of general management and commissioning roles, giving me a deep understanding of the commissioning system and contracting processes.

Through these roles, I’ve had the opportunity to set up NHS Direct South East London in 2000, commissioned and opened a new health centre in West Greenwich, led reviews of mental health, sexual health and maternity at Tower Hamlets PCT,  and helped establish South London CSU as one of the strongest CSUs in the country.​

Harry Turner - Finance (CFO)

I have significant experience in finance, contracting and analytics through my career in the NHS, which I started as a national finance trainee, and have also worked on a number of large change projects such as the set up of CCGs across London. 

Prior to my current role I held a number of senior positions in the NHS across north central London, including being Director of Finance in Haringey and Enfield PCTs, and Director of Contracts in Haringey PCT. I have been a full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy since 1995.

​Oliver Lake - Transformation 

I have 9 years' experience at Director level covering portfolios such as Governance, Transformation, Communications and Engagement. Building on this, and using my professional communications and engagement background I bring fresh thinking to transformational change. 

My career highlights include recently delivering national and local programmes to improve the patient voice in commissioning as well as putting patients more in control of their own health.  I have also delivered public consultations on major service change and now specialise in Organisational Development.

Steve Orman - ICT​

After roles in a series of private companies, I have been working in the NHS since 2004, unifying services, overseeing projects, developing and piloting benchmarking tools, and redefining IT services across trusts, hospitals and strategic health authorities.

I have a wide ranging experience in building and leading teams, successfully delivering large scale complex multi-sited projects and reducing overall budget costs. I strive to continually make positive impacts on service delivery and customer/client perceptions. 

I'm well versed in leading change and meeting business objectives, assisting businesses in realising the benefits of information, technology and service management investments, now and in the future.​
