Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2000 gives members of the public a right to request access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities, promoting a culture of openness and accountability across the public sector. South East CSU exists as a body under NHS England and therefore NHS England's Customer Contact Centre (CCC) will be handling all FOI requests. Patient advice and liaison service (PALS) and complaints

If you have a comment or complaint about a GP, dentist, pharmacist or optician you are unable to resolve with the Practice Manager, please contact NHS England: Email: england.contactus@nhs.net. Please write 'Complaints Manager' in the subject line. Tel: 0300 311 22 33 - Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. If you have a comment or complaint about a hospital, mental health or community trust please contact them directly.
